Return & Refund Policy – Pure Nuskha

At Pure Nuskha, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide high-quality natural products. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in original packaging

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind

  • Personal dislike after use

Due to the nature of health & personal care products, returns are limited for safety reasons.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of approval or rejection

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refund will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer
    OR

  • Store credit (if preferred)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchange

We only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect product received

You must share:

  • Order number

  • Product photos

  • Package photos

within 3 days of delivery.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • Wrong product was sent

  • Product was damaged on arrival


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened supplements

  • Used personal care products

  • Oral or herbal items


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled:

  • Within 12 hours of placing order

  • After dispatch, cancellation is not possible
