Ordering & Delivery

Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across Pakistan. You pay the courier when your parcel arrives.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–4 working days to major cities and 3–6 working days to other areas. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.

How much is delivery?
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Combo packs qualify for free delivery across Pakistan.

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched we send you a tracking ID and the courier's details. You then track it on the courier's website. See our Track Your Order page.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.

My parcel arrived damaged. What do I do?
Photograph it immediately and contact us within 24 hours on WhatsApp. We will sort it out.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 3 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Can I return a product because I changed my mind?
No. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on opened supplements, used personal care products, or oral and herbal items, and we do not accept change-of-mind returns. We would rather you asked us questions before ordering — WhatsApp us and we will tell you honestly whether a product suits you.

How long do refunds take?
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days, by bank transfer or store credit. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Using the Products

How long before I see results?
Herbal formulas work gradually. Most customers notice appetite, digestion or energy in the first few weeks; anything beyond that builds over a full course. Results vary from person to person and depend heavily on diet, sleep and consistency.

Do your products contain steroids?
No. All Pure Nuskha formulas are herbal and steroid-free.

Should I buy the powder or the capsules?
The herbal base is the same in both. The powder is more economical per serving; the capsules are easier to keep up with while working, studying or travelling. Consistency matters more than format, so choose the one you will actually take every day.

What is a combo pack?
A powder and capsules together — enough for a full course in one order, at a lower price than buying them separately, so your routine does not break halfway through waiting for a re-order.

Can I take more than one product together?
Usually yes. If you are taking prescription medication or managing a medical condition, consult a qualified physician first. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what combines sensibly.

What if I miss a dose?
Take the next dose as normal. Do not double up.

How should I store the products?
In a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, sealed, and out of reach of children.

Safety

Are your products safe?
They are herbal dietary supplements intended for general wellness support. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you experience any adverse reaction, stop use and consult a doctor.

Can children take them?
Consult a qualified physician before giving any supplement to anyone under 18.

Can I take them while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Not without consulting a qualified physician first.

I take prescription medication. Can I use these?
Speak to your doctor before starting any supplement alongside prescription medication.
